Description

The perch hangs on to the tail of the salmon and wins. Cf. Types 221, 275.

Variants

250A. Flounder's Crooked Mouth

In race between fish he cries out in jealousy because herring is winning. (or he makes a discourteous answer to God [A2231.1.2]). He is punished by having his mouth turned around.
