50: Curing a Sick Lion
Description
The fox pretends to seek a remedy for the lion; advises him to skin the wolf .
Variants
50A. Fox Sees all Tracks going into Lion's Den but none coming out
A sick lion asks the animals for help and they all send an emissary. Only the fox does not enter the den. He sees trails going in, but none coming out.
50C. The Ass Boasts of having Kicked the Sick Lion
The fox praises him for his courage.
